有無人在公立醫院上過? 陣痛時我想坐...但人地話上過 yoga ball的課堂才能坐的...

威院又完全無同我講過...而家仲轉左去母嬰健康院添

You can have a look of fitball & pregnancy on youtube, where there're lot of videos showing "how".
BUT...
It'd better for you to have tried to sit on the fitball because "balance" is what required for you to work with the fitball.
