I am also having such problem. I feel painful even when I wash face. So I cannot hold my boy to wash his head. I need somebody to hold him to wash the head. I had gone to see the 物理治療 for 2 times (vy expensive, $450 per time) but without any improvement.
I had the same problem, so I try to give it more time to rest and feel better now. My colleague needs to get an injection and she said it's very painful. Dear all mom...pls have more rest lah..
