Leave Question???

My maid (local finished contract) start working with me on Jan 2006 and she want to take leave for 2 weeks in April 2006 (she also need to extend her visa within 1 year). The leave will be in no paid (as we agreed before), how about the air ticket fee??? ?-(

如果佢係上一張約完後無回國extend visa(舊僱主), 所以要係第2張約(新僱主)頭1年內回國, 新僱主係唔需要比機票錢

How about the return ticket from Philippline to HK??? Her ex-employer only pay her the return ticket from HK to Philippine.

你只要比一程由菲律賓到香港既機票佢！記住，比機票，唔好比錢。

仲有，千祈唔好比埋佢由香港去菲律賓既機票！呢張到佢約滿或者你炒佢或者佢唔做個時先比。

可以，你同佢傾囉，佢應該肯既，因為買來回票平d嘛。如果佢唔肯，要你比多d，你咪堅持另外買一張單程比佢囉，個時你要比貴d時，佢亦要比貴d。
