1. You need to buy her a one-way ticket to Clark(?), + $100 allowance. Cebu Pacific seems to have the cheapest fare.
2. Yes. You must inform her which is her last day at your house and what date she wants to travel to Clark. Suppose her last day is June 30th, you should pay her salary for the month of June + 14 days more salary to cover the 14 days annual leave. (Be careful that the last day is really the last working day at your house, not the contract expiry date nor the visa expiry date in her passport. Obviously the last working day has to be BEFORE the visa expiry date.)
