所有外籍家庭傭工， 不論服務年資的長短， 都有權享有下
列每年12 天的法定假日.....
傭工如在法定假日之前已獲僱主連續僱用滿3 個月， 便可
享有該假日的假日薪酬.....
that means you have to give her statutory holiday, but
in the 1st 3 months --> No pay holiday
since then --> Pay holiday
in addtion, 僱主不得以款項代替發放法定假日給傭工。
