用長法包(最好雪一晚先),斜切片,蒜茸可以自己切,先在包面塗牛油,再鋪蒜茸,再入焗爐焗至金黃色便可
又或者可以去SUPERMARKET,有一樽樽GE香草蒜茸賣,方便簡單

I do it a rather simple way...learned it from Oliver from the tv.

Slice the Frence bread.
Sprinkle with olive oil
Rub a fresh "halved" garlic against the bread.
Put them into the oven for a while.

I think the good thing about this method is ....no need to have bit of garlic on the bread (some people only like the smell but not enjoy eating it).

Have a go...is simple.

麵飽已經很軟, 點樣用半粒 garlic 係上面擦, Let me try it this week.

The trick is simple....

slightly toast the bread first of course with olive oil already sprinkle on top....( this way will harden the bread a little)...

Then cut up the garlic to half and rub against the "slightly toasted bread" then...throw it back to the oven for a further toasting until you are satisfied with the golden colour.
