各位全人奶既媽咪, 我想問下你地用通常要用幾耐乳墊架. 開初谷奶一日要換幾次? 你地total用左幾多對ya. 我阿媽話要用半年左右

I changed only when I felt that's quite wet during the first month, now my bb is 4 months, I don't use the pad much or use washable pad (just a little milk comes out, mainly for protection of the nipple) because the regulation of the milk production got better la.
