I shower and wash hair on the 3rd day after c-section.
I once read a news saying Asian mommy breast milk contain much more bateria, germs than western mommy.. becuase they don't shower.....
Please keep clean...you need to boil milk bottle, right?
how come you don't need to wash your breast??
Just don't understand this stupid chinese custom...
we are no longer showering with well water or cold water... we have warm tape water and hair dryer...
Have you ever smell your pillow if you don't wash your hair?? Do you know how much bacteria your hair can carry each day... do you want these germs and bacteria to get near your new born baby???
