老細突然要移民喇, 得個兩個月時間...

我好鐘意間舖, 亦覺得個市場在香港好細, 如果連呢間舖都無埋會好可惜, 但係理性D諗宜家只係收資平衡, 我都唔知點好

頂左間舖:
1. 工時較短, 如果有BB(plan緊)每日只係返舖頭兩三個鐘都仲有些少錢幫補生計
2. 宜家出去搵野做唔易, 做得零售可能要on call 36小時好辛苦
3. 會做得開心D, 我仲可以做下自己設計

4. 宜家只係收資平衡, 頂手費最快都要四年先回本(如果下季經濟唔會差得太過份)
5. 有咩事好難賣返出去

出去搵野做:
1. 有機會人工高D, 有人工加有bonus
2. 風險細
3. 如果有BB就只可以做ftm(我怕會脫節)

May I know what kind of business? where is the shop? the rent? and how many workers need?

同緊老細傾緊價錢, 個度又係煩...我地細公司兩個都幾friend, 想唔知點講價好...佢話淨係貨都廿萬, 但係好多都係死貨我又唔想咁直接一野同佢講...宜家我地的差價仲差一倍, 都唔知再點傾落去...

Be careful! My brother took over his boss's company last year and I act as his 擔保人.

After only 10 months, he says he can't support the company....... and quit.
Now, it is under negoitation with bank, but I estimate that I have to pay back close to 3 millions to bank, how can I do that??? I don't know, now scary!

Even I use my house to get $, I have to pay $15000 for 20 years......

ai....... I warned him not to do it but everyone (my family) forced me to help him to try....... now I die lor......

Be careful! The economic is not that good outside and business is not that easy to run!

i would suggest do online business casue the rental rate/labour cost is too high for small operation.... too risky

呢個係我都担心的, 我地仲要做外國生意多所以歐洲個邊一爆, 我地可能會好受影响
我一接手就會cut定cost先, 然後慢慢調低貨的價位, 希望個冬天無事, 但如果一跌30%, 都應該仲可以夠日常開支的.

所以我宜家想壓到個價錢好低, 但睇黎老細唔會明佢盤生意淨係睇數字有幾差, 簡單黎講我唔買佢就一定執笠, 一蚊都無

我地係雖然賣貴價衫, 但係我地無咩對手, 亦都算係半必需品(唔敢講得太明顯怕話賣廣告)

我地做緊online business 架, due to business nature, some customers still prefer to come to our shop (it's samll as a showroom), but some customer esp locals they love shopping online.

Rent is not a really big problem for us. It's only $12000, not expensive at all when compare with others. And our landlord is not very agressive, only increased our rent $1000 for 2 years. What I am really concern is the economy...and how to change the low profit situation. I see the potential but I have to work it out

you have to work out in several criteria
1) what is the price that your boss willing to sell (if too many dead stock that means the stock value is much lower then her expectation
2) if profit margin so low how you can bring it up

also you have to compare if it worth for investment/ compare to if you go out to work for others what you can get for salary...

what i can say is support to your decision at the end.

(我之前幫佢問生意轉讓的公司, sales一聽到70萬但收支平衡想cut我線咁滯)

我: 我幫你update D agent睇下囉

老細: 咁你自己呢?仲係未想買先

我: 係呀, 但係仲係好貴呀, 個business afford唔到. 我上網查過一般生意可以用4年回本, 但係我地跟本無profit, 16萬係我個價囉

老細呆左...(佢成日話淨係貨都廿萬)

我話: 如果你覺得太平, 不如我俾你係轉手前盡賣D貨啦

老細話:我邊可能賣得晒呢, 有D款真係好難話賣, 半價我都賣唔晒啦

我話: 咁咪係囉...有D過左季, 我都好難賣...

You can check my above reply for the conversation with me and my boss. There are lots of dead stock, my boss has't realized how bad the situation is.

I am working on the profit part, I think I can do things better, but in baby steps haha. I have a rough idea I just don't know if I can do everything alone. AND if the idea will work...

actually i think if he want to move to other countries, he would prefer to cash as much as possible, so i think he would prefer to sell to whatever price that he can get at the end.... so i think you can wait .....
