Termination of Contract

I still have one year contract with my maid and I would like to terminate the contract with her. Do we have to pay out salary to her for the remaining 1 year contract? Is there anything we have to pay as her employer. Please kindly advise the steps I have to do. Much appreciated!

So there will be no penalty for employer for early termination.

yes, no penalty for employer. Transporation fee means from yr home to airport HK$100.00.
