I returned on yesterday. I share my experience to you when you use AA.
after you checked in , no change fight and return money are allowed.
The administration fee for change fight is nearly equal to the ticket money . My case is RM79 (ticket) and administration fee is Rm70.
So you'd better to check in first, and print all the broading pass in hardcopy anyway. They don't accept IPad software copy, otherwise you would like me charging RM40 for printing(RM10 per person).
I have charged RM80 ( HK$ 232 for printing in hardcopy).
you may print free of charge in their auto machine before 1 hr boarding time. They close their counter before 1 hr boarding time.
Are you direct fight? if your trip is included more than one fight, like me. you should better ensure you are 聨航 or 自制聯航. if 自制聯航 , they will not help you to move your lunggages to another fight. You need to go to Immeg dep, take lunggages, check out , and go to departure area for check in , send lunggages again. no Immeg again only one time.
2 hrs is enough for this process if the airport is small and no fight delay.
