It is better to start with baby rice cereal as it is more nutritious than 稀粥. In the beginning, the baby will only eat one or two tablespoon each time and it is difficult just to boil such a small amount of 稀粥 daily.
Once your baby has mastered the skill in eating and swallowing rice cereal, you can start boiling BB粥 and add vegetable/fruit puree to it at 6 months.
