I went there myself in early Feb. 愛寶樂園=夢幻繽紛樂園. You can look up www.tour2korea.com & www.everland.co.kr for details on transportation. I chose the path of Sadang Station (bus 1500-2) to go to Everland (~70mins) but took the bus 5002 back to Gangnam Station (~40mins) in Seoul. You have to get out of the right exit of the respective subway station & look for the right bus stop - it's only a bus stop, not a terminus! Don't worry. I have done it already & we went to other places just like that!
I suppose so since u will stay at Lotte World. But mind u, the bus frequency from Gangnam Station is not very favorable. Yet they don't run as timely as buses/trains in Japan. We can't time when to get to the bus stop. Anyway, Gangnam Station is very "busy" (I mean "wong" in cantonese). You won't feel too bored.
Everland is outdoor. It can be very cold (-14 degrees when I went there). You must try the snow games there (sled)!
As far as I know, most ski resorts will close down in mid Mar, depending on weather condition. I'm not sure if Everland still has the snow games or not - afterall, the snow in Everland is not real. You may refer to Everland's website. I think they probably will put out a new theme for Easter in Apr.
