Generally good. The location is quite convenient, very close to hung hom station and harbour tunnel, and there will be whampoa line in the near future; it is only 3 minutes walking from Fortune metropolis mall/5 minutes from whampoa, shopping is very convenient.
It was developed by SHK, quality is guaranteed.
However, some flats are facing the furneral parlours and buyers might criticise on this.
Very convenient, relatively new compared to whampoa, transport is super convenient to everywhere. A lot of restaurants & shops nearby. They allow pets, so see if you mind or happy about this.
