since so many employers have problems with domestic helpers, i think it is necessary for the HK Immigration Dept to start regulating the maid agencies. over 7 years, i had employed 7 maids, only one was satisfactory.
Agencies which have bad record of "many employers early terminating the employment contracts", should be suspended business for one calendar month.
