Fire Indonesia maid before 1 month contact finish...
Because my Indo.maid is getting very lazy and working super slow and always in sleeping pattern while she is working especially milk bottle feeding to my BB - 7mos.
I want to fire her.......need advice from you who has this experience.
Advice:
Will she is playing any trick on her last day or after??
How do I prepare myself to do prevention on her tricks?!

I had fired 2 maid before. Now I will be pending to fire my current maid after my next maid come.
Firstly, I suggest u to employ another maid and wait her to come to HK (if u need maid to take care baby and housework). When the new maid arrive, fire the lazy maid immediately.
I prefer u to give 1 month salary and fire her immediately when u ready. OF course u can not give her know your intention. When u employ a new one, keep it secret and ask your agent not to tell her (if u use the same agent). For my experience, I fire the maid today pm and ask the new one come at next day morning.
If u have 7 months baby at home, u are better to give one month salary in instead of one month notice. Since u don't know how will she treat u and your baby when she know that u will fire her later. Even she add toilet water to your food or baby food, u will not know!!!
So, one month salary can't save. So poor of HK employer. Our Government always protect the maid and deprive us even their performance so bad!!
