Mold on ceiling

Does anybody know how to 'effectively' get rid of mold on the ceiling?? We've tried cleaning it with diluted bleach, but the mold comes back the next day. Very scary....!!!

Thank you citadel! You're my saviour! My maid is getting more miserable by the day as she is the one who has to wipe it off everyday.
