I bought 2 packs of Huggies 親膚棉柔 from drugstore and they don't fit my bb very well. So I called the phone no. on the Huggies packet and the customer service girl told me that she could send me 5 packs of Huggies wet tissues to exchange my 2 packs of Huggies Huggies 親膚棉柔 tomorrow! I am very happy with this arrangement. And she said if there is any problem with the wet tissues I can call her back!
