you should be able to see the heart beat at 7wk. if not, you must see a doctor 1 week later to confirm whether the bb is fine.
i saw 2 doctors for 3 times (from 6wk to 7.5wk) and confirmed that bb had no heart beat and the size was too small though I had no bleeding but sometimes stomache. at last, i did D&C operation last week and now taking a rest (9 days already).
normally people can see heart beat from 6-7 wk. if not, see the doctor and ask what you can do.
