Do you pump milk for the both sides at a time? It can helps you to pump more milk.
Also, I try to pump the last high milk after breastfeeding in the morning (before going to work) and at night (after Hayes went to sleep). I can pump and store high milk for him. Actually, it can stimulate me to produce more mama milk.
Our nursing road is not easy, but worth!!
Because money can not buy mama milk!!
