我本身在未懷孕前都試過有幾次尿道炎經驗, 而最近兩週出現過尿頻的情況。因為小紅梅有種抑制膀胱內既菌, 為咗預防因尿頻而出現尿道炎, 我會o係尿頻一出現時就食小紅梅(Cranberry), 都幾難買到d新鮮既, 所以我o係Citysuper度買, 係Dried Cranberry, 大概廿幾蚊盒, 食咗之後就冇出現尿頻情況。http://www.healthwomen.com.tw/%A7%BF%B9D%B7P%ACV%A4@%A6A%B4_%B5o.htm

謝謝你的經驗，我今年試過三次尿道炎，而家發現有左兩個幾月，我怕有咗bb之後如果又有尿道炎會影響bb，所以好似你話齋，食下紅梅，唔知吉之島有冇呢？

You can also buy dried Cranberry from Green Dot Dot, it costs $18 only. I begin to try on 6 or 7 weeks, and find it works to me. Besides, please try to drink before 9:00p.m.

Hi lpcjoe,

My delivery date on 11/ 11/ 2006, but my weight drop from 50.5kg ( 24/ 03 ) to 46.5kg ( 18/ 04 ) due to the discomforts caused by pregnancy. The deepest feeling till now is that it is not easy to be a mother!! Sometimes I need to go to washroom 1 to 3 times at night too, so I've to sleep 30-45 minutes in lunch time.

Hi lpcjoe,

I've just visited doctor for monthly checking yesterday. My baby is 4.74cm (about 11 weeks). I was very worried about it's size before checking because my weight dropped horribly in these few weeks. Finally I find out that sleeping can help it's growth, indeed!
Please take more rest and don't worry too much about it's size and I make sure that it will grow properly & healthily.
