The price and location for this hotel is good. I have been stayed in Asahikawa Toyoko Inn for 3 days.
It is better to reserve through internet but I don't know about the details for discount. Anyway, the price is really really good even though no discount.
I don't know we need to be a member to get discount. I just booked the room in its webpage. Everyday's price is the same. 7140 yen is really good in my mind!
