Procedure of Hiring a bunbun terminated by her existing employer
Any mami can tell me if it's difficult (on procedure) to hire a bunbun who is terminated by her existing employer? Can it be done not going through agent?
How long it needs to take from I fill in the new contract/submit to immigration to bunbun can obtain visa/work for me?

It depends the reason of termatination. If it is financial problem or emigration of employer, she can stay in HK and wait until immigration dept. release the working visa. Then, she can work for you.
Please be aware that she cannot work for you before the release for working visa.

My current bun bun was terminated by my friend. I hired her b'cos I could not stand the previous Yan Yan any more. Originially bun bun wanted to process all the application by herself & me to save the agent $ but I finally told her I would prefer to go through agent. Employer need to go through some paper work & send the application form to Immigration dept in person. I paid the same amount of $ but for her, she need to pay more if going through agent.

So, which agent you've gone through? Is it ok? How much $ you & the bunbun pay? How long it takes?
Has yr bunbun back to Philippines first before serving for you or Immigration can grant her stay?
