I have the same experience as u, 發現肺部少少花 was found during body check and the doctor refer me to the Chest Clinic ... I also no 病徵 and quite healthy. (This is the year 2003)
Cannot found anything after many test because 又無咳又無痰. Cannot 用痰種菌 ... After 1 year, I have body check again and found that the part of 少少花 enlarged 10 times. Afterwards, I went to Hospital for details test and now I'm under medicial treatment. In fact, my health is no problem, 其實一直以來我都唔以有病, 不過X-ray 冇又真系照到我個肺花wor ?-( ?-( ?-(
