I went there last Fri night. Here is my experience:
1. Shuttle bus is not frequent. I waited for 20-25 mins to get on the bus and due to traffic jam, I spent 20 mins to arrive at the destination. Finally I spent 40-45 mins to travel from Tsuen Wan MTR to the industrial building.
2. The place is very big and there are lots of cloths, jackets, jeans, shoes, handbags, wallets, etc and they have been separated in different regions. You have to pay in each region before you go to next.
3. Overall the staff is helpful and you can ask if there is any 'new' item instead of buying the sample. I've bought a 'new' wallet instead of the sample.
4. Fitting is allowed but you may have to queue up for a long time since there are lot of people waiting.
5. The styles may not be the most fashionable ones. It seems they are bought back from mainland since some products' price tags are shown in RMB.
6. Be careful to check the products before you pay because somes are defected.
7. Buy 5 get 1 free is only available for cloths only (Except leather jackets).
8. Spend $300 or more can get $30 rebate for the taxi fare (with receipt).
9. There are 'lucky bag' selling at $298 with 5 items inside which worth >$2000 as said.
10. The staff will check your bags/handbags before you leave.
Finally I bought 1 hangbag at $990, 1 tote bag at $390 and 1 wallet at $190. All are leather.
