The Inland Revenue Department will still send the tax form to you if you have paid tax in last tax year (i.e. you have a tax file number with the Inland Revenue Department) or if your employer has filed the employer tax return with the Inland Revenue Department.
After all, the Inland Revenue Department won't know for sure how much is your total assessable income and whether you need to pay any tax (e.g. you may have many sources of income) unless you have filed in the tax form.
