As long as you are breastfeeding your child, the water content in yr body is high, kind of chabby & swollen. You can't have a good result in getting back to shape. Also for yr baby sake and for yr good sake, pls. think abt reducing pounds later. Don't worry abt the fats in yr body.
Few months later when your period comes back... uuuch... it's so tiresome... you need more food (energy) to burn. Don't worry too much la... I breastfeed my baby for 1 year... when my baby is 2 yrs old, my weight back again naturally. :lol:
