從未炒過工人，有乜要留意？

我決定炒而家個工人，但係唔會俾一個月通知佢，因為驚佢玩野，情願補一個月人工俾佢。

舊工人喺得成請，我問得成會唔會搵人上黎幫我帶佢走，佢哋話安排唔到人手。我問有無搞錯呀？人哋其他細規模agent都可以咁做，你哋咁大間公司都話冇人手？我驚搞佢唔掂先叫你哋黎唧！agent費就識得收....

我炒工人當日要留意d乜？我知要7日內通知入境處炒咗呢個人，同埋補番一個月人工、機票同交通津貼佢。我驚佢到時喊、賴死，又或者扮晒野執好耐行李，又或者匿喺屋苑入面唔肯離開，又驚佢玩同情心，喺我個仔面前喊扮唔捨得(因為佢同我做咗4年，個仔係佢湊大)。當日可能淨係得我哋兩公婆handle佢。

請大家俾d意見我，唔該！ :-x

個agent唔肯搵人上黎咪您帶個工人落去囉. 您打比個agent叫佢安排人手,要做見證人.落到去agent度先炒佢,即時計數.

I also through Technic Agent employ the maid. From 1Jun the maid Visa issued. the maid not come to work for me. Technic never give me any support. And I need to pay handling fee is I want to employ the next maid !!! I posted my case in "I want to cry when employ a maid"

既然我炒得佢，都唔想再帶佢去agent度。佢第一次黎香港打工，第一個僱主就係我，我驚佢賴死或者有乜過激烈行為,e.g.喊呀，唔肯走呀﹐etc.我又驚佢到時執晒野賴走喺屋苑入面唔走。我已經叫咗屋企人過黎幫我湊住兩個小朋友，唔好俾佢哋見到面，費事佢打同情分牌啦！

我今日問過得成，佢哋死都唔肯搵人黎帶個工人走，佢話無咁樣做開，不嬲都係僱主帶番個工人去分行。我話既然炒得佢，都唔想帶佢走黎走去。佢哋又話我工人黎咗香港4年，邊度都識得去。我話你同我工人好熟呀？你又知佢識得黎搵你地？我炒佢嗰日，我仲係佢僱主，佢有咩事我要負責架！佢有意外或者迷路，我去邊度搵佢呀？agent費就識得收，最多咪俾多次接工人費你哋囉！佢哋話遲d先答覆到我。

我當初揀得成，希望d工人質素好d，話晒都有training過，大公司穩穩陣陣，而家佢哋又免費安排d工人去明愛返學學香港式照顧bb，我覺得幾好。估唔到d售後服務咁差。 :evil:

唔係呀,您帶佢落agent度,放低佢好d呀,您如帶佢直去機場,佢一轉頭走番出黎去告您迫佢就大煲啦.
帶佢去agent度,搵埋佢地做見證人同個工人交收好d呀.

我用過七個菲慵但都是自己請，冇用過 agent ，所以全部都是靠自己，炒人時記得老公要响度，佢地會忌啲男僱主，如果補足錢，有乜事叫警察都可以！
如果有人介紹新菲慵俾你，其實唔駛用agent都得，佢地自己識哂的程序架！

I am quite experienced on this! How poor am I? Paid lot of money.....

The reputation of that agency is poor. Whether to hire a maid there again is up to you.

You don't have to bring the maid back to the agency, she should know the way, in case she really does not know, she can ask passers-by, or even her countrymaid, don't worry.

If you terminate a maid, arrange somebody to take care of you child, don't let him at the scene. If you afraid the maid will not co-operate or in case she will hurt herself and do something (whether tricky or not), you better to have a third party there. You may invite a staff member from your Management Office. You can just call the Management Office and tell those staff your need, I believe they will definitely send a staff to your home.

I do hope those govt officers whose responsibilities including foreign DHs can visit this website to get more information about our real situations.

我最意你呢句"I do hope those govt officers whose responsibilities including foreign DHs can visit this website to get more information about our real situations."，d人成日以為我地恰工人，又唔諗下我地隔山買牛係幾冒險，請咗件衰嘅返黎幾麻煩幾受氣、浪費幾多錢，所以我覺得佢哋唔值咁貴人工。

我已經叫咗屋企人黎帶走兩個小朋友，我係唔知d工人俾僱主即炒時，通常會有咩反應或情緒，我驚我到時處理唔到。我都會通知管理處d實Q，萬一有咩事就黎幫手，同埋要睇住佢離開屋苑大閘。

I just fired my maid yesterday. Really upsad, she scolded me and point fingers at me. I was in a shock and the word that she said is so mean to me too. She said that I care about her work then my BB. That really hurt me. Since I was on holiday yesterday, so I quickly call my husband and ask him to come home immediately and ask my relative to join. Finally, I asked her to pack her things and leave. My husband use a camera to take down the whole packing situation. Ask her not to close her room door. Even if she needs to get change, go to the toilet. Then ask the agency to send you a letter which should listed out all the required amount that you need to pay her.

1. Return ticket from HK to home country. Can ask the agency to arrange that for you. If no agent, that you better still arrange a ticket for her instead of giving her cash
2. one month salary
3. Annual leave (pro-rated)
4. Salary as from when to when. for example, 1st June to 13th June
5. Travel allowance $200

Then you can pay her in cash or cheque.

After giving her all that (remeber to tape it and have a withness), then you and her need to sign 2 copies, one for you and one for her. Of course the withness need to sign too.

I had a very bad experience yesterday. hope everything turns out for you just fine.
