Maybe you directly phone your agency/immigration dept to confirm is she must go back within how many days?
otherwise no need to worry about open ticket?
Right?
For me, my maid even renew a contact, must go back to origin within some months? why she can request like this?
Also even a new employer must provide air ticket for her to come to hk, so why need a open ticket?
Normally, those maid can stay in HK for 14 days from the end of contract if they didn't apply for extension of stays. So, 14 days open ticket is enough.
But you can't buy fix day type coz there's an court case the employer offered an fix day ticket and the maid suit against the employer. Employer has been prosecuted by the Judge.

Never pay the air ticket by cash. The maid can claim that she hasn't received any return ticket from the employer.
It's better to buy a one-way ticket (~HK$1,100-HK$1,200) for her. Or if she has signed the new contract with the new employer, you can tell her that the round-trip ticket fee (~$1,5xx) could be shared by her new employee and you so that you only need to pay $7xx. Sounds good?
即係 immigration said Depends on the expiry date of her existing working vise. If is end of June, no matter even she had found a new employor in HK, she must go back before end of June, right?
