DH beated my son, should I call police? Please advise.

Dear all

My DH admitted to beat my son on last Monday, she signed off the letter I warned her. Kindly please advise should I call police tonight?

I called the Immigration Dept and Police Station that I should do this. I've also been informed by Labour Dept that I no need to compensate 1 mth notice and the 2nd year AL balance if you use a 嚴重罪行reason. But if I do this, no one can take care my son especailly when school holiday come soon.

If I were you, I would fire her immed. or as soon as you can find temporary arrangment to take care of your son (should within 2 days).
Even she signed the warning letter, it is not safe to keep the child with her. You may ask your relative to take care of the boy first and call the police to click her out asap.
The safety of your son is the first priority. You may ask your agent to see if they can help to supply a temporary helper.

炒啦,家陣佢打您bb,您仲擔心無人湊?您繼續比佢湊,您可唔可以擔保佢唔再傷害個小朋友先?

當晚您就應該即刻報警啦.依家d警察好好架,佢地都好明白d僱主既無奈架.您仲留佢,同留個計時炸彈係屋無分別.

唔好博啦,小朋友真係首當其衝既受害者黎架.

Thanks for advice. But I really have no one to help me... Even my employer said that you know we are very busy now and how can I let you to take leave. I did consider to resign but all my friends and relatives, of course, suggested not to lah as no need to because of the bad DH's behaviour.

The policewoman I talked to last night was super good as she had the same experience ar and she encouraged me to do so....

Thanks for your advice. As all my relatives can't help especially mom and parents-in-law given they both had operations recently.

I know there has no particular use even she signed off the letter but at least I hope she understood this is a severe problem.

The worst is there has no 明顯傷痕 on my son's body.

您屋企有無裝cam?同小朋友有幾大?總之您萬事小心,一有辦法搵到人湊,即炒啦.其實有無d托兒呀個類幫手架?有既您不如考慮下啦,個工人做d咁既野,您報埋警各樣,連$$都唔使補比佢架,您留意下勞工例有列明邊d可以唔補$$即炒,好過您成日提心吊膽嘛. :-(

I used 3G vfone to record it. Actually, I recorded once two months ago. However, my husband found it these two days. I checked with Police and Labour Dept that this is 嚴重罪行 and therefore no need to pay one month notice and no need to pay 2nd year AL balance if she admitted it.

Mtime, I called 托兒所 but they said they have school holiday also ar...

Both my husband and myself, of course, worried too much but really no one take care of him lah..

The 托兒所 I checked and they said all 托兒所 need school holiday also. So i really donno what should do.

I just hope if I call police tonight, and I have a reocrd in Police Station which will help me to speed up the visa appln approval in Immigration Dept.

Actually, I just want the new one can come very soon. I called agent yesterday and they said the documents is still with consulate now... 激死我

You may check 社會福利處 web site to see there are some 育嬰院, They provide 臨時日託 for child under 6 years old.

you should call the police and police will arrange your son to be medically examined. let the police catch your helper and deal with her according to the law. how could you trust such a helper to look after your son? even though summer holidays are coming, if you think it's true, report to police. how bad is the injury?

i don't think it's difficult to find someone / nursery to look after your son during holiday.
