If I were you, I'll ask her if she want to continue working here. As a maid, she should always follow master's instruction and not doing thing the way she want. You complain because she do not follow your requirement. If she perform well, you will not have any complain. If she do not want to work here, tender her resignation letter immediately. You don't need her to teach you if you'll renew her contract. You know in your mind. You can immediately terminate her and leave her unemployed anytime.

Just for your information. I have applied for a maid in May 22, and the approval from Immigration Department will hopefully be OK tomorrow. Afterwards, it has to go through the Philippine government. So, the earliest time my maid can arrive is July 20.
熙雯 has "Fung Nan" today. I ask my maids to go down with her to have some fresh air. My maid took her to the shopping mall despite my old father told her to stay in the podium. Later, she called me that the baby's "Fung Nan" was to serious. I instructed her to go to Yan On Hospital immediately as she may need to have the injection. She asked another maid to go back home to pack the diapers and the milk, ... and met later to go together
