what is price if 村屋 within 10-15 years n what's the
size? also any convenience store or must go to yuen

i don't know, but there have more new flat, why you want to find a old flat within 10-15year

i live in there for 5 year with my husband. we plan to move another place but also live in kam sheung road.

yes. if you want to buy something you must go to yuen long.
in fact kam sheung road also have more convenience store, but you don't want to buy something in there.

不過有好多價的.我知新果d買梗hk$1.1起.
舊果d會便d.
之前有個agent sale我有個8年樓,3樓+天台,700尺,2房2廳.不過我看過外觀,真係幾舊,佢開價hk$1.1m(吾記得啦),你留意下啦
