I want to know too. Which one should pay for the China visa fee as Bun Bun requested to delay back home? So, the China visa fee should be paid by Bun Bun. Am I right?
I think your maid did not need to go to China so early. She can go to the Philippines on home visit at end of year 3.
If she still does not want to take her home visit end of year 3, then go to China or Macau and re-enter HK to extend the visa to end of year 4.
If I were you, I would give her the price of return ticket to Manila and the pay for the 14 days holidays only.
But my maid told me it is not allowed to go to Macau or Mainland anymore to effect the 2nd year visa. Is that a lie? Her passport is expired in Oct 2006, can it be the reason that she cannot go to elsewhere to effective the visa since her passport is amlost expired?
