校風 is quite good and it is a 'healthy' school. teachers are nice and good too. students are happy there. no pressure for both parents and the students.
well, i don't know what is 活動教學...
i do have a question that any school that are doing 活動教學 at full extent?
my elder daughter will be P4 in sept and the younger one will be P2. they told me that they are sitting in group during lesson. and the duration of some lessons are longer for suiting the cirriculum (quite flexible time table).
i'll choose the one which is near my home because there are lots of activities after school nowadays. to pick up the kid is a problem and time consuming matter. just to remind you that your kid will stay there for 6 years...
for 賽馬會小學, it's quite a long way even if you live in tai po.... and it's a new school......
for my elder daughter, when she was in k3 (time to choose primary school), i also want to choose 賽馬會小學, but after all those considerations, i dare not to take the risk, i'm not saying this school is not good, but it's a new school (no history...), and it's not near my home, so i chose 黃建常, i observed the students..... asked my friends and the teachers of kindergarten... then made up my mind.... and i didn't regret... my girls are very happy
