I fired my previous yan yan, and issue ticket at "hong tai travel" (for convinence for myself). She found a new employer, who just need to go to China, no need to back Indonesia. But I suggest u to give her ticket instead of $, cos no need to 煩 later.
U can ask some familar travel agent to check the ticket for u daily! Previously I also 去出機票，竟然話無位, so I ask my friend's agency to check the ticket for me daily, later I got it. (airline, e.g. Galoda, Cheungwing.......... u tried to check at travel agency lar!!!)
you can go to http://www.ticket.com.hk to check ticket price, you must give her ticket when you fired her and ask her to refund if not go back, the agent will charge her $500-600 handling fee, she need to pay by herself, haha!!!
