I also agreed not to increase the salary. For myself, my maid original only take care of my daughter, but this year my son born & she needs to take care of my bb son as well. I have told her this & let her know she would be more busy when we renew the 2nd contract with her. I didn't increase any of her salary. I only said if she works good, I may consider to give her some bouns at the end of the year. In fact, I am happy to give her some extra money at the end of the year if her performance is good throughout of the year.
