if she back within 1 year, you need to pay her the return ticket fee from her country to HK after she is back to HK and extend her visa for 1 more year, if she do not return to her country, she can go to China or Macau for 1 day trip, you can pay her the visa or ferry fee.
I renew contract with my indo- maid. she did not have 14 days holidays for last 2 years, then I gave her money ($110/day).She told me that her friend's employer gave her one way air ticket money. di o need to do so? ?-( usually how much? to cilicap.......thanks alot.
