I join birkam yaga at t.s.t. 1-1/2 hours each time and sure you will get wet from head to toe after fiinsh, but actually the posture is not so much difficult. they have many plan provided, for me, 4 times a month cost $388.00

moreover, there will provide 2 free lessons for your try. Once you join, they give you 3 free lessons for the first month.

I joined Planet Yoga a month ago, can also go the Bikram Yoga (TST) - Hot Yoga too.

My plan - $24888/6 years (unlimited classes)
after 6 years, only $800/year

So... in April, I played 13 lessons lu.

they are professional and worldwide famous all over the world. Bikraam is the 1st person who create hot yoga.

there are some other plans for shorter period in Bikram:
1, $500 x 4 months
2, $538 x 3 months
3, $388 x 12months

Bikram is in TST HMV.

你最好去各間試吓堂比較一下，因為唔同地方班房溫度都唔同，揀選一間適合自己的。

the only traditional & original hot yoga is bikram.
their consequence postures are copyrighted.

other yoga hot centre only provide 35c-38c but it's quite easy to get hot coz not warm enough to make ur muscle flexible. Only Bikram provide 40C.


u can take trail lessons if u like. PM me if u wanna contact my sales
