你地既人奶bb幾時介夜奶架?

而家bb7個星期,每晚隔兩個鐘就要起身餵一次,好想知道我幾時先可以一次過訓多過3個鐘?
個b依排白天唔肯自己訓床,要抱住先肯訓,宜家連晏覺都冇得訓,好累呀!!:cry:

my bb is now 13 mths old, she still drinks 夜奶. i just sleep and feed her at the same time. don't bother to look at the clock :mrgreen:

今時今日我囝囝仲有飲夜奶, 0吾係因為0吾夠飽, 佢每晚食一碗大人飯, 只係...........我做左"慰安"媽呀, 佢出大牙好痛苦呀.

最近數天還一日飲七八次媽媽奶呀! 我都就死得.

可能我係個懶媽咪，我多數同女女同床訓，咁佢半夜喊食奶我就咁訓起度一邊餵一邊繼續訓(當然頭兩三個月要掃風，否則嘔到成床係 :tongue: )。
到佢7、8個月食糊仔就好好多，臨訓前餵佢食糊仔，咁佢就可以至少訓5、6個鐘，咁我先有覺好訓。

盡我一己之力，發放正能量!

could you pump out when "谷奶" ie. in the morning. and reverse it for the meal before bed at night. So that they could sleep longer. In day time, I bf directly as need. At night around 10-12pm, just very tired, so I extra feed formula around 2-3oz, then he could sleep for 5-6 hrs since 2 wks old. It work for me, after having a good rest at night, I have more milk supply in the morning. Now BB is 2mths old, already no more 夜奶.

Before I also hold/hug/bf/sing to him until he fall into sleep. It was very extraust and time consume. From book, I know it is wrong, he need to learn how to sleep by himself. So I follow, ie. feed him, change diaper, turn off the light, said "goodnight"....create the regular enviroment.... then put him in bed. Of course, he cried, but on and off doing this. Now he need 0.5hr to sleep at night with his 奶咀. In day time, I may put him in BB car and move generally. After few mins, he sleep.

Hope my experience could help. BF mum mum need a good rest ga.

我b 2個月大介左夜奶。我囡其實好多時係白天都要抱住訓，咪唯有抱住同佢一齊訓。

0甘請問, 日頭 bf 時呢, 埋身餵定係 pump?
我其實想埋身餵, 因為感覺 sweet 0的,
但係又驚如果日頭埋身餵, 夜晚餵奶粉時佢唔肯飲
(因為驚佢「認奶咀」)
會唔會0架其實?

我都係五個月開始幫佢戒夜奶, 先定四小時餵一餐 (6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm & 10pm) 頭兩星期晚晚喊, 抱佢唱歌.....等. 仲慘過俾佢食, 這四晚都叫做好似戒咗, 因為十點半瞓到到5-6am. 不過有兩晚12點幾/1點幾叫一叫好快瞓番, 我稔都叫戒咗d掛

Dear 李小B太太,

日頭我係埋身餵, until the end of day when I am tired, then add formula as last resource, cos 埋身餵 is the only way to increase milk supply. So far, my BB suck eveythings, breast milk or formula, luckly he does not confuse with nipple & bottle. I use "NUK", I read from reference, it's shape is close to nipple. So far OK.

You may try it to let BB 介夜奶, I think mum need rest as well, as it is a long road to go, as I plan to bf at least 6mths.
