死啦, 部電腦自己"restart", 點算?

請高人幫忙指點, 我而家部腦, 近呢幾日, 試過幾次自己"熄機", then "restart"番, 係咪中毒太深, 我上星期巳裝左"nod32", 死啦, 我要點做好呀?

maybe

1. too old, buy a newer one, check motherboard
capacitors first

2. too hot, can be harddrive,display.cpu,
cpu fan loose, dusty,..

3. bad cow(power supply)

4 .viruses

5. others ..........
