Do you mean that an extra pay of 1/2 month salary on top of her AL entitlements or you want to pay her 1/2 months to offset her AL entitled? i guess the alter one is not feasible. Even you want to pay her extra on top of her entitlements, strongly recommend you to pay her before she leave you (i.e ending the ER/EE relationship with you) in case you really appreciate her services. You may tell her it's your intention to pay her a bonus when she go back if she performs well in the next contract as an incentive. There are too many cases here that the maid's performance get worse substantially in second contract.
