新工人2月來港,不足一個星期,工人就因感染食肉菌入ICU,工人從未去過街巿同煮飯。由於工人身份証收據被agent收起,叫agent即刻拎個身份証來醫院幫工人登記入院,agent又唔肯來幫手。因為用外國人身份入院的話,醫療費喺N倍!!幸好醫生好人,見工人要緊急做手術,俾我哋後補身份証,我們差點因工人醫療費破產。喺工人生死未卜喺時候,agent問我哋會唔會轉工人,但agent手頭上冇貨,要等幾個星期,話如果喺agent那裡找不到另一位工人,會退agent fee。大姐,我4月預產期,那有時間等。幸好有朋友介紹新工人俾我哋,我哋原本打算搵agent幫忙direct hire,誰知要收成萬先肯幫我哋做,咁即喺唔想做我哋生意。之後工人病情好轉,轉去普通病房。agent又話有咩事可以搵佢哋幫手,咁我哋咪叫工人有咩事搵agent。根本agent就講大話,完全唔埋工人,工人住院一個月,agent只喺頭幾日去過醫院。雖然我大肚,但agent又唔理工人,唯有我哋自己去醫院幫工人買日用品、食物,我哋仲要同菲律賓領事館溝通,自己安排工人上機返菲律賓。初初agent話會follow up,根本講大話,一d到唔想幫手。終於我哋送走咗舊工人,同agent老闆講退agent fee。個老闆即發爛,話佢對得天地良心,唔可以因為佢出售有問題貨品以要求退款,佢唔會接受無理指控。事實上,我哋只用email寫咗這句「Since we can not find a maid in your way, please kindly refund agency fee to us.」,我哋沒有指控什麼。agent老闆就作咗兩頁紙的文俾我哋,告訴她有多無辜。咁我就打電話俾agent老闆,同佢講喺佢員工承諾我哋會退款,希望佢同員工跟進。誰知,個agent老闆話唔關佢事,叫我哋自己搵個員工了解。都唔知這個agent老闆是什麼人,佢d工人姐姐有問題,佢唔理,要個僱主自己搞。佢d員工有問題,又叫我哋自己同個員工傾。這個agent公司不應叫金咭,應該叫黑咭。我哋真的俾咗錢,又付出心力,最後冇工人,而且agent又唔幫忙。不幸用咗個沒有責任心的agent。
Me too, my maid has resign and leave on this weekend, she come to my house just 4 months. Very very poor, foolish and always said I don't know or I don't understand. Also is I take care her more than she take care my parents. Agent help her more than me.
I think she just want come to HK first, and then resign and find another employer for better offer. Because I feel her always not satisfy in my house, too many things to complaine. Let me so angry everyday.
