Wholesale Manager
Duties:
Develop short and long-term channel strategy and wholesale business plans to build C&E as a sustainable brand, in line with C&E's global position platform.
Achieve company minimum standards on wholesale account development, growth and distribution.
Develop a plan to increase growth for both existing and potential customers.
Develop pricing strategies to consistently increase margins.
Manage, monitor and evaluate commercial agreements.
Ensure that the stock availability reflects the spirit of the brand.
Use analysis on selling history to ensure successful wholesale buy.
Integrate market, channel, competitor and customer trends/activities/feedback into tangible sales expansion opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder at all levels.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality; housekeeping; and to ensure that personal behavior and attitude reflects the essence of the brand and the core values.
Prepare sales, forecast and budget plans.
Requirements:
University graduate in Business Administration/Marketing or related disciplines
At least 5 years of working experience in wholesale and distribution field
Familiar withHong Kongwholesale market is a must
Excellent negotiation and time management skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Can work under pressure and meet the tight deadlines in fast pace environment
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficiency in using MS Office e.g. Excel, Words and Powerpoint
Immediately available is preferable
