a very long and difficult road- 3 years today

Really cannot find any word to express.. Moses is 3 years toay, and I have been breastfeeding him until today.

I didn't expect I can sucessfully breastfeed him for 3 years when his new born. All the difficulties have passed already, and I really hope I can continue until his naturally wean.

next week I need to go for a business trip for 5 days, hope my milk supply won't stop as i stopped pumping since he was 2 years.

When seeing his healthy growth, I really agree the breastfeeding is the best.
Today is his birthday, unfortunately my maid told me he just got some fever, I believe he got the sickness from school, but I trust all the sickness he had is more easier to handle comparing with a non-breastfeeding baby, at least our milk can comfort his pain.

I have never thought of BF my little boy as long as 3 years, or even 2 years is long path for me (& for working mom) to go. You really did a great job to provide Moses the best baby food in the world.

Your good and successful example encouraged us to add oil in the continuous future.

I'm sure he'll recover soon.
My son has been going to school for 2 months and haven't caught any sickness. I believe it's because of breastfeeding.

thanks. Actually he started PN school last year and had sickness for few times when he first approached the school & classmates, it is very normal.

even a breastfeeding baby, they will still get sick when facing the big virsus around his area.

But we should be glad that there are difference, even they are sick, it will be more moderate, they can still play happily and the sickness won't last for long.

I can imagine that it must be a sweet feeling to look back on your journey of breastfeeding and Moses' growing up over the past three years! Three years isn't a short time ah!

Needless to say .... we all enjoy bf so .... much!!

I have another 2 years (at least) to go for my ahgoo junior. Hope the road will work out as smooth as ahgoo's.

Happy Birthday to Moses and three cheers to monmantong. BF road is difficult but all BF mothers keep going on the road with joy. Only sweetness and happiness remain in our BF memories. My son is also a BF boy until he is 3.5 years when he weaned naturally. He got sick sometimes, but recovered very soon and sometimes without taking any medicines. This is the power of mama milk.

Sometimes I think if i have 2nd baby, I am afraid I cannot continue pumping, keep him bf until now.
