After re-installing my computer, I found that I cannot input the chinese character.
I have tried from the "Control Panel", then go to "Regional & Language Options". But I can only set up "Chinese-PRC (simplify version) & Chinese-Taiwan". However, I need the Chinese-tradional version with quick input which I cannot set up.
