I was pregnant when ahgoo was 20 months old. I fed him all the way through during my pregnant and luckily everything was fine with me. I didn't feel much contraction of the uterus when I fed him. Maybe ahgoo was 20 months old already and his demand for my mlik was not that much. It may be different if you baby is still quite young whom has significant demand for your milk.
