乳頭白點

今日餵完bb, 突然發現乳頭有3-4個白點, 好似芝麻咁大, 整唔走, 有些擔心

, 有冇mami有相同情況可分享吓? thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should clear them, they will block duct.
You can try to squeeze them and I use some sharp things to "till" them away. But beware to use the sharp things, don't hurt yourself!!!

我都有試過呀，唔駛擔心，只要pump多d或俾bb食多d就會自然好。那個部位會有d痛，不過我想都是正常的，忍住痛餵多d啦，努力！

The white dot means it is blocked. You can try to scrub it during shower. If it can not be removed and you feel full of your breast, you can either see the doctor to help you to remove it or you can use the needle to remove it but be very careful.
