Any mummy have referral for the condo or townhouse rent for this summer? I'll stay for 2 months around..... (2 bedrooms for 4 ppls)Or do u know any website can found???

you may look in the msl.ca and seach the location and type of apt and condo you are looking for.

i knew one of the BK mom is working in the realty firm, may be she could help you out on this..

Mls.ca比好少短租, 因為業主要俾經紀費, 通常租minimum 1 year先抵, 仲要check credit, income proof, etc.
如果短租, 可能要上kikjiji, 或睇報紙分類廣告, 私人出租果D.

i am trying to find rental too. if 1/2 yr is good.

but if u dont have anything...i mean credit charge. is difficult to rent.

試下呢D私人出租, 租約長短可能flexible D, 有機會唔洗credit check, 但可能要你預早交晒半年租金, 或收多少少按金

i look monthly or short term one is quite expensive. and usually downtown area
