You can buy from Toys R Us, Bebe Dream, etc. but I don't find it useful at all. My baby can easily remove the comforter, so we now wrap him tight with towel or you can just use sleeping bag, that's quite useful.
There are a lot of different kinds/thickness of sleeping bag, so you can choose the one that is comfortable for your baby. Such as thicker for winter and more comfy and lighter for summer.
