有無淨泵,無埋身餵嘅媽媽

我唔係同個女一齊住,囡囡亦已習慣用奶樽,不肯埋身食,全程靠'自己嚟',無囡囡嘅吸吮,奶量不斷下跌,唉,心裡不是味兒 :-( :-(

我之前係淨泵ga!因我個女唔肯埋身食,但奶量有增無減wor!只要定時咁泵,泵下泵下就會多ga la!!比心機la!!有咩問題pm我la!!唔好唔開心la!!

嘩,勁呀,淨泵都可以有增無減?我每日泵3次,如果半夜知醒就泵多1次,剛剛買咗盒'多奶茶',希望幫到手啦.

Don’t worry, Don’t worry. Only pumping also can maintain the supply of milk.

I'm an all pump mama, since my boy 6 weeks old as I back to work, I didnt direct bf anymore. Now my Sonny boy still is a full bf baby, hehe.

But the most important is pumping in time and pumping of mid-night, I was keeping pumping at mid-night for 8 months, until he takes 2 solid foods per day, I can sleep a long night.

You can buy the mother milk tea at Wing On, 尚健 and Babyoutlet, it is $48 for 16 bags, sometimes has promotion or discount.

多奶茶我就無試過la~~~我驚食左有咩副作用呀,此終我食咩落肚就等於bb食咩!!
其實你可以一日三次加到一日四次,我果時係每四個鐘泵一次ga~~佢飲完一餐就泵一餐!夜奶果餐就唔泵(好累)!!你最好係起身果下同沖完涼之后泵~~特別多奶ga!!平時用一下熱水(呼)下個胸!都會好d!!同埋你用咩牌子泵奶機ga??同你喂左人奶幾耐呀??

我都同你一樣, 阿b唔肯埋身餵, 不過係後期先至係咁, 可能我遲放工, 有時一日都餵唔到一次, 整整吓佢就唔肯啜我喇, 我都有試, but最多5 mins, 真冇隱!

我都係全泵型架,我個女4.5個月, 自我放完產假,返工後我個女唔肯埋身食成2個幾月啦...... 一日泵4次.........

我都有一排好唔開心,產奶量不斷減,超級down,後來我就mud都試下,希望可以多d奶.....於是,我就飲隔日飲多奶茶同通草奶,再日日飲魚湯,情況就有番改善

另外.心情都好緊要,一定要放鬆d,唔好唔開心同擔心太多.....

我一定要努力架,我阿女唔係太鐘意食奶粉架,佢半夜個餐仲可以騙到佢,日頭佢會推開個奶樽架......為左bb飽飽,我一定要努力架

大家都一齊加油呀!!!

I want to know which pump you are using.
I have a 12 days old daughter and I tried to breastfeed her when I went home from hospital. However, my nipples were too pain and even bleeded after two days breastfeed. (It was because my nipples were too flat for her to suck and she seemed using all her energy to bite my nipples, it scared me coz really so painful)
Then my sister bought me a Medela mini double pump and I started to pump milk. However, I could only pump about 2 oz a time, I have to pump every two to three hours and it couldn't meet my daugters demand, so I needed to give formula to my daughter 2 or 3 times a day. (I want to breastfeed her fully but doctor said she is still not heavy enough so she told me to give her formula milk when I feel she is not full enough) My daughter is still lighter then the day she was born.

I am so confused if it's normal to pump so little milk a time. Also, my nipples are so painful till now becasue of the pumping, but at least less pain then directly feed my daughter, so I am not sure if the pump is not good. And I also worried that I could have enough milk for my daughter as she keeps growing because she now needs 3 oz of milk a time for every 2.5 hours.

What should I do to have mama milk comfortably? I really scared to have the painful feeling on my nipples :-(

Could you (or other mama) give me some suggestions on how to increase the volume of milk? (I have been drinking so much soup and today my sister bought me some mama milk, i will try tomorrow)

我都係全PUMP媽媽.BB3個月,全人奶~
放完產假,返工後真係太倦,一日PUMP5次,都叫KEEP到奶量.一放假我就3-4個鐘PUMP 一次.奶量上升左D.

希望呢版KEEP住有人黎,因為好難找到全泵媽媽一起分享!

我響坐月時博命PUMP2-3個鐘PUMP一次,日日魚湯,豆漿當水飲.水要飲,但別過量,會弄巧反拙.多D休息,放鬆D,有幾多比幾多,我就試過緊張得滯,無奶!沖下暖水涼,按下摸,我就再用暖水袋敷下(個時係一月)
用自己的乳汁搽返損左地方.如果好痛,用手擠奶.唔好食太咸太油的東西(湯都係),魚湯,豆漿,紅豆,牛奶都幫到手.

多少都唔好ｄｏｗｎ
慢慢大腦又會做返多ｄ奶
之後穩定左
先唔ｐｕｍｐ咁密囉
有ｄ媽媽可以一日３次就ｋｅｅｐ到奶量

Sorry to reply you so late.......as i am a lazy sleeping pig

i am using the brand of "Evenflo" electric pump, but it cannt be buy in HK. "Medela mini double pump" also quite popular, i saw many mama used it.

"my nipples were too pain and even bleeded" i think your BB and your are not in correct position.

Also your daughter is lighter in weight, aspecially should be taken mama milk, "mama milk" not equal to 唔夠飽及會好瘦, dont be worry.

the most important are : ~~~ more rest, more water & soup , more pumping in time..... relex, these are the principles to keep the supply of milk,

dont give up, good luck & add oil, the first month is the most hard time of bf road, we can walk across, you must trust you can also.

But I want to know, do you mean that my milk supply is low now (in the first month), for 2oz per time by pumping?
How many oz can you pump every time when your baby in the first month and how many you can pump now?

I really hope my milk supply can meet my baby's demand soon.

我都係全泵媽媽, 囝囝而家6個半月啦都係全人奶, 其實保持奶量都難架, 我試過多到成個冰箱都係, 又試過泵到唔夠囝囝飲一日, 好彩有儲備都冇咁驚, 一日我泵四次奶, 其實我返工前要湊囝囝去婆婆到放工又去湊佢返屋企, 真係好辛苦好累,我一定會堅持架, 我真係好想餵到最少一歲呀, 我覺得囝囝飲我嘅奶一路一路成長我自己好自豪好開心, 幾辛苦都唔記得晒啦 :lol: :lol:

我一日泵四次先至夠bb食兩餐,每餐180ml,當中三餐係邊餵邊泵,每次約80-100咁上下,
我有時唔係好明,我下午返工時泵晒兩邊都只係120咁上下,但bb食泵奶要180ml,我埋身邊餵時邊泵都可以餵得飽佢,究竟點可以泵多dee呢,我而家差一餐就可以全人奶,有乜辦法可以增加奶量呢
其實我有諗過臨訓果餐埋身餵或半夜起身泵奶,但埋身餵我驚佢半夜又醒,無精神返工之餘,奶量更加減少,我係唔係無辦法做到全人奶呢 :-(

你可以試吓泵多ｄ，會有幫助，湯水當然唔可以少。我自己唔多奶，一日會keep住泵６次，ｅ＋奶量倘算穏定，但就無存貨，阿ｂ間中都要幫襯吓ｄ奶粉。

i cant tell you how much in my boy first month, because i was direct bf in the first month, higher records was 13-14 meals per day.

After then, in 2-6 months, i have pump 4-5 times per day, OK to meet his demand and sometimes has stock in freezer. He needed 6 bottles x 5 oz first, and changed to 5 bottles x 6oz later time.

Since 6 months, he started to take solid food, we used mama milk to mix 米糊, so also needed around 27-30oz, kept pumping 4 times each 5-6 hours (included "midnight pumping" la)

After 8 months to now, he takes 2 solid food & 3 bottles x 6 oz of milk per day, i can pump 3 times x 8-9 hours for his demand (no need to pump mid night la), except the time before M (will pump 4 times, becasue i will drop the supply of milk when M is coming soon)

Anyway, it will more easy to run the bk road as babies 愈來愈大個. Sleep, rest & drink more are the best methods. i saw many mama said "pumping together with direct bf" is a good method also.

Dont give up , add oil, sunny day on tomorrow.

Any help needed, 請出聲.
